I came up with the idea for Hiring Wallah during the 3rd semester of my college journey, when I noticed the struggles students and freshers faced while finding the right jobs—and how companies struggled just as much in hiring them efficiently. This idea became more than a college project; it became my gateway into the business world.
Through it, I’ve gained deep insights into recruitment challenges, market gaps, and how technology—especially AI—can drive innovation in traditional industries. Building Hiring Wallah helped me understand everything from product development and user research to sales, marketing, and investor readiness. It shaped my vision of not just building one company, but contributing to many more by applying creative problem-solving, scalable thinking, and empathy-driven innovation.
